Fire protection refurbishment: restrictions on use expected from 24 February 2025
Due to extensive fire protection refurbishment of the north side of the UB, the following restrictions on use are expected to apply from 24 February 2025:
- Area 2 on level 1 will not be accessible. This also applies to group study rooms 1, 2 and 3, as well as the lockers there.
- Area 2 will not be accessible on level 2. This also applies to ThinkTanks 3 to 5 and the lockers there.
- The journal holdings in area 3/2 (shelfmarks ZGB1914-2012, ZGD 1-51, ZGC 828-926) will not be accessible. We will be happy to retrieve any copies you need from this area. Please report to the information desk.
- From 24 February 2025, short-term and temporary restrictions on the men's toilets cannot be ruled out. In this case, please use the toilets on campus.
These restrictions will apply until the end of the construction work on the north side of our building (probably on 13 June 2025).
The other areas of our building will follow successively over the next 2 years.
