Allied Intelligence Reports on War-Time Germany compiled 1944 to 1947 (BIOS | CIOS | FIAT)
Various Allied intelligence services (BIOS = British Intelligence Objectives Sub-Committee / CIOS = Combined Intelligence Objectives Sub-Committee / FIAT = Field Information Agency, Technical / Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency) produced reports on the state of development of German industry and research, particularly in areas vital to the war effort, from the time of the Allied landings in Normandy onwards. We have an extensive collection of reports from these institutions.
The holdings are available on request in the University Library. Please contact: Michaela Donaj (if absent: Rebecca Wilke) per e-Mail or telephone.: +49 234 32 26461
