Kuddelmuddel im Kopf. Painting competition of the IGSN, RUB
In collaboration with the International Graduate School of Neuroscience (IGSN), the university library is showing pictures from the painting competition “Kuddelmuddel im Kopf: Wenn Vergesslichkeit zur Krankheit wird”.
Pupils in the 3rd and 4th grades from elementary schools in Bochum explored the topic of dementia and put their ideas on paper. The resulting pictures depict strange, funny and sad situations from the lives of people with dementia. They show how children perceive and interpret the complex world of dementia.
The exhibition can be seen on the second floor of the University Library during regular opening hours until December 15, 2024. Admission is free.
