Many students are currently looking for a place to study in order to prepare for an exam or to write a term paper. Due to the announced construction work and the associated barriers, some places cannot be used!

Due to numerous complaints from students, we have decided to use the green parking disk again from today (18.2.2025 until further notice). The green parking disk is available at all workstations in the magazine and in the stairwell (group study rooms and think tanks are excluded).
How do I use the parking disk?

• When you leave your workplace, set the current time on the parking disk. Your space will then be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes (from 12 noon to 2 p.m. for a maximum of 60 minutes).
• After this time has expired, other users may put their materials in the blue baskets (and place them under the work table) or move them to the side. The table may then be reoccupied.
• Spaces without a parking disk or with an incorrectly set parking disk may also be reoccupied.
• If the parking disk is set correctly but there are no learning materials there, the space may be reoccupied.

Please treat other people's belongings with care and do not leave any valuables in your seat when you leave it! Please note that we accept no liability for items that you leave unattended in the library.
