As our study places are currently very busy and we are receiving feedback from users that these places are being reserved for hours on end, we have decided to display the green parking disc.

From 1.2.24 the green parking discs will be available at all study places in the University Library (in the stacks and in the staircase)!

How do I use the parking disc?

• When you leave your study place, set the current time on the parking disc. Your place will then be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes (from 12 pm to 2 pm for a maximum of 60 minutes).
• Once this time has expired, other users may place your materials in the blue baskets (and place them under the table) or move them to the side. The table may then be used again.
• Places without a parking disc or with an incorrectly set parking disc may also be reoccupied.
• If the parking disc is set correctly, but there are no learning materials there, the space can be reoccupied.

Please treat other people's belongings with care and do not leave any valuables in your seat when you leave it! Please note that we accept no liability for items that you leave unattended in the library.
